There are two parts to this: 1. My Ebook is coming out on 28th December, this will be a downloadable account of my mindset, planning (including diet), execution (including workouts), and lastly accountability. If you're really interested in the details of my fat loss this would be a good investment. 2. The short answer to your question is calorie-restricted diet, exercise everyday and intermittent fasting.
