Great physic! I will say some bits that helped me I’m still learning also. Your front foot shouldn’t be pointing towards in front needs to angle to the right you’ll find that more comfortable. And the hook I seen unless it’s half a step back should be more compact. I don’t wanna come off an arm chair expert I’m not I’m learning also. And it’s easy to say shite like that over a keyboard when I wasn’t there etc but over all looking great man 💪🏻 keep it up u might like this game Step in jab take a tiny step back as if someone was gonna throw one back at you keep your upper body straight but bend and lean into your right leg and throw your over hand straight through the back then try a left hook half step in more compact left hook. Guard up and reset into your next work :) had to double check that I’ve typed correctly I’m southpaw 😂😢. You’ve got such a great foundation tho you must have great pull ups game 💪🏻

Loose skin is unavoidable but you can reduce it overtime. As you build muscle the skin will tighten.

What would you recommend to tighten the skin of a women who used to be 300 above?
@ZaccheusMukahiwa
@ZaccheusMukahiwa Жыл бұрын
The general fix for loose skin is building muscle. As you build muscle your skin tightens. For a women this doesn’t mean you will look like a female bodybuilder. You will simply create a more solid shape to your figure.
@HeadhuntexGamer
@HeadhuntexGamer Жыл бұрын
Building muscle! It will take a lot of time and patiente, fighting obesity is just the first step! I've been there! You'll have some lose skin either way, but you have can make it look lighter and better, using thigting creams and radio FREQUENCY treatment. If after a few years you're still not quite comfortable do a surgery, but try everything before it, including building a lot of muscle by doing BULKS and CUTTS. (it will take years, I repeat)

Dope work man but I’m sure you just need to be in a slight surplus of daily kcal not that you have to get fat tho. The rough formula is lbs x 14-16 depending on how active you are then + 300kcal. Boom optimal muscle building with out getting fat
@ZaccheusMukahiwa
@ZaccheusMukahiwa Жыл бұрын
My explanation is for the dude who optimally wants to just obliterate their body fat. Ultimately they will lose muscle anyways, it’s just about how much of that muscle they can keep in that fat loss process.

If one eats three full meals in that's 8 hour window compared to eating the same three meals for breakfast , lunch and dinner,then you are aren't getting any advantage doing IF. It's only about the caloric deficit. I eat 2 meals a day.
@ZaccheusMukahiwa
@ZaccheusMukahiwa Жыл бұрын
I did not say “three fulls meals”. I said eat three meals within your “daily calorie intake”. To maintain a deficit you would still require a particular calorie intake to ensure you still meat your bodies macronutrient needs.. Three meals between 12pm and 8pm is achievable with 2 to 3 hours between each meal.
