Quetzalcoatl and her fellow MesoAmerican gods are an anomaly among the divinities in Fate. She is literally a foreign body to the Earth that was incorporated and given the Authotity of a God by the world's own collective consciousness. Her final attack literally recreated the moment she arrived on Earth... when the Meteor struck the Earth and spelled the end to the Era of the Dinosaurs.

The asteroid that hit the gulf of Mexico had an alien god that possessed a human that became their leader Quetzalcoatl. This female body isn't even it's original body, which is why she's Cracking. Even with the 50% debuff. Since Tiamat and Quetz are from different religions and Quetz being an alien, she's able to do "10%" her damage to Tiamat cracking her horn

Quetzalcoatl being a Divine Spirit had her divinity halve and after getting struck by punishment of 3-goddess alliance, she lost half of the remaining. Her full divinity is something else. If you remember how Jaguar Warrior called her Kuku, it is short for her other name, Kukulkan. Quetz unleashed 3 different Noble Phantasms: 1. Pierra del sol is like the imitation of sun; 2. Ultima Tope Patada is the imitation of the meteor that cause the extinction of dinosaurs; and 3. Xiuhcoatl is her Noble Phantasm in the game that is inspired by her obsession with Lucha Libre. Gilgamesh throwing a holy grail for Kingu despite knowing he is an enemy, is the measurement of how he truly values Enkidu as his friend. The difference of Gilgamesh here and from Stay/Night is that Babylonia's Gil experienced the lost of his only friend Enkidu which ultimately changed him a tyrant into a wise king. Fun facts: siduri’s death can be seen as a reflection of enkidu. Crumbling to dust in the arms of a loved one. Leonidas and benkei were given serious glow ups in the anime in comparison to their game depictions. Without going into details the final stands of these two characters were made significantly more badass in the anime adaptation despite the fact that both depictions served the same purpose for each of them. Ironically both of these badass final stands took place on episodes 8 and 18.

Fun fact for those who dont understand why Tiamat fought so hard to block Quetzalcoatl. Quetz herself is also a Primordial Deity much like Tiamat, and while Merlin was a troll amd ripped more than 75% of her divinity, Quetzalcoatl did wipe out an entire planet of life by merely being born in myth

Fun fact, both Quetzalcoatl's NPs are based around her (his) myth of coming to the Earth in the fate verse. Her first one revolves around her(him) being a sun deity so basically whoever is getting hit with it, is getting hit with the heat of the sun. Second NP is how she/ a lot of the Mesoamerican gods came to Earth, via the comet that wiped out the dinosaurs. It put a crater in the planet's crust, so anyone besides Tiamat isn't walking away from that easily.

When i first saw Tiamat, rather then feeling scared or despair, I felt peace, her voice was just so soothing that you can't even believe that she is evil or a monster. I later found out that the condition to become a beast of humanity( that is Tiamat class) is to have a love for humanity, so it's not strange if you guys think she looks innocent and not evil, it's because she has no hatred for humanity.

Canonically the singing version was Tiamat trying to hold herself back that's why she was chained and just standing there. In game we find that we basically lobotomized her when we fought her and destroyed all her higher brain functions releasing the destructive dragon form.

Also I just don't like him as a character doesn't mean he is trash or anything if so I think he is "one of the best" character in the series. It's just that I just can't handle him. If Gilgamesh is yours or anyone's favourite character I have not a problem or anything with you. Well he has way more reasons to like him than to hate him. But IAM the minority that hates him(Except the Babylonia version because that version is the best). That's my explanation for you old man☺️. "Replace Fate" HA! You still have the Sequel Movie: Solomon of Time after Babylonia. Then there's Apoc. Then there's the "Garden of Sinners" movies (SAME UNIVERSE) where you understand where Shirou's new body comes from at the end of HF3. THEN: Lord El Mollo Case Files. Of course there's the Prisma Illya series, but there's also the "Vow in the Snow" standalone movie where Shirou is at his best. Also: the "Emiya in the Kitchen" series spin-off. You have so much to watch. I will not recommend Fate/Extra Lost Encore; because that series literally was not made for you. It was made for people that finished the original Fate/Extra (PSP) game and got a bad ending. But, yeah. You aren't done.

This is only like 20% of Quetz's full power because she not only broke the 3 goddess pact but she also did something else which I forgot but she's nowhere near full power, Tiamat is only using 20-30% of her full power, she nerfs herself because she still loves humanity and doesn't really want to destroy us, Gil here is weaker than his archer form because he doesn't have all his weapons because he gave them all away to humanity. Tiamat hax is insane out of all the beast other than maybe Goetia she's the scariest. Unless you put the concept of death on her you literally can't beat her unless you're not born from her and you're some sort of alien and you destroy the earth. Otherwise you'll have to kill yourself just to kill her. Disgusting overpowered god and she's broken.
