I find it a bit weird that Fate!Enkidu is so emotionless and always goes on about being a weapon, since in _The Epic of Gilgamesh_ his emotions are a big part of his character. Enkidu screws Shamhat for six days and seven nights straight, which establishes his character as intensely passionate and impulsive. When Shamhat tells Enkidu about how Gilgamesh rapes brides ("king's right" and all), Enkidu rushes off to confront Gilgamesh even though at this point they haven't met and Enkidu has no idea how strong Gilgamesh is. Enkidu puts up a good fight, but ultimately loses. After Gilgamesh and Enkidu slay the Bull of Heaven, Enkidu rips off a hind leg and throws it in Ishtar's face. Ishtar predictably curses him with a fatal illness. While Enkidu is dying, he curses Shamhat for "civilizing" him. But then he regrets it and takes it back.

She mentions that, since it doesn't have a will of it's own, she was able to keep all of her personality, while if she was possessing a human, she'd be "corrupted" by their personality. Corruption being from HER point of view, since this is the same goddess who called forth a natural disaster because Gilgamesh pointed out she goes full Yandere on her human husbands.

While he lacks a Gender in Fate, it is tradition and somewhat instinctual to assume that something with an unknown gender that fights is a male. Also, in the actual Epic of Gilgamesh, Enkidu was a male. So the proper term to refer to Enkidu in a casual setting is "he" as those unfamiliar with Fate will recognize him as a male.

No. Proto!Gil's NP recreates the Great Flood in Sumerian Legend via Magitech Babylonian Killsats. Enkidu's NP is the opposite of FSN's Gil's own, both are named for the Creation of the World in Sumerian Myth but while Gil's destroys Enkidu's constantly creates. They clashed in Fate/Strange Fake and their NPs cancelled each other out.
