I'm sad you didn't mention Jack as a damage dealer against Sessyoin Kiara - Jack's powerful damage bonus against Female enemies actually applies in this fight and allows her to get some pretty impressive nuke damage off, plus her Evade allows her to dodge on turns when Kiara NPs but your main defense isn't up.

Very Easy mode here, I needed the Resurrect/continue and farmed all the missions for the items and the KP. Still worth it as it gave me stock for ascension/abilities as I need them, and Prisms to buy Second Archive slots.

For the Kiara beginner (very easy), easy and normal difficulty + the challenge quests I used: Iri, Melt and (a friend's) Merlin. Enemies never broke the front row. Btw, SoberOni's "Top 10 banners to roll" video helps a lot in managing SQ (430 free SQ got me a lot of good CEs, Melt and NP3 Lip after MONTHS of salt last year)

9752matt just use their arts cards, your priorities are Merlin, Mash and then Chloe, use chloe’s np gauge gain whenever possible, and just try to spam their np. When Kiara uses her np the first time use merlins team invincible, and then next time use chloe’s evade, mash’s invincible and master skill invincible to protect everyone, and just keep copying that and use arts np whenever possible, its really easy to spam merlin and Chloe cause of their skills. Merlins np gain per turn passive, and the previously mentioned np gauge gain skill. But sometimes when you use mash’s target focus it allows her to gain np super fast, but it is not as spammable as Chloe and Merlin’s Np. Also the np order doesn’t really matter as merlin gives himself more crit stars, Chloe decreases critical rate on enemy and mash increases defense and attack. So i just had Mash np at the end, and didn’t care about the rest. Just spam mash’s defense, Merlin’s Dreamlike Charisma, and Chloe’s Np gain. Didn’t have to back line at all. Note had a support Merlin at level 90, and my Chloe was also level 90, Idk what CE that merlin had, Mash had Ideal king which boosted health for everyone and Chloe had 5 star 25% Arts effectiveness up.

@@azemsama3183 DISCLAIMER: I only have a single 5* Servant, but he happens to be Waver, whom I got from the basic Story Gacha shortly after finishing the 5th Singularity. He carries me through basically everything since then, but if you don't have him just use Hans, also since Kiara deals neutral damage to Berserkers, if you have a Nightingale in your friends list (unlike me) use her, she should make the fight ridiculously easy. TEAMCOMP (won twice with this, 134 turns both times): (Same Mystic Code that was suggested in the video, we want to spam Eyes of Medjed on Waver, remove stuns during critical turns, and use Invincibility to give a character weakened by crits a turn of safe healing) Hassan of the Cursed Arm - Fortress of the Sun MLB (level and xp don't matter, he's there for the stargen for bonus np when the true team comes out) Fuuma Kotarou - Fortress of the Sun MLB (I dropped 5 of that CE during Chacha event lmao, he's there for stargen and for the small atk debuff which probably won't land anyway) Medea - Ideal Holy King (the only good CE I had to give to the starting team, anyway make sure her Rapid Words is at least lvl 4 so you you can charge NP by 100% and remove all of Kiara's buff right before she NPs and kills your frontline. -------- Waver (L.85, NP1, 2/10/2) - Bitter Black (I don't have the best CEs, make do with what you have, Waver does lots of things: he is Asterios's NP battery, he protects the team with his second skill, and his NP provides breathing time for your team by reducing Kiara's NP bar and adds damage with the curse and def down, the curse alone can deal like 250k since it's quite the long fight. Don't waste Def Up, her NP removes all buffs from your team. The other skills exist for charging Asterios's NP, use Waver's NP whenever Kiara's bar isn't empty unless you have a good reason to wait. Always pick his NP first in an NP chain, since you'll never get the stun anyway) Asterios (L.60, NP5, 1/1/1) - Iron-Willed Training (This guy is a beast. Literally. Thought of grailing him to 70, but he's so OP that he didn't even need it. Your main priority is to charge and use his NP in two situations: 1 - Kiara will NP this turn, or 2 - You can get him back to 100% by the time she uses her NP. Use his second skill to make him tanky vs normal attacks, and his third skill to crit on your Arts for that juicy NP gain. If you're gonna use command spells, use them for his NP. It is possible to inflict 100% Attack Down and make Kiara's NP deal 0 damage, but usually you're aiming for 80%) Merlin (L.90, NP1, 10/10/10, SUPPORT) - Fragment of 2030 (Merlin? Isn't his second skill useless against Kiara NP? Doesn't her NP also remove Garden of Avalon? Yes and Yes, but he's still Merlin. His first skill is a secondary NP battery, his second skill can still protect your team, usually you want to use it together with his NP the turn after Kiara uses her NP, to heal up safely. His third skill in this fight is "Heal 3000 HP". Use it accordingly. Remember to use his NP last in an NP chain in order to get the max amount of crit stars, which mean more crits, which means more crit stars and most importantly more NP gain) Lastly, remember that on break she will use a bunch of debuffs, so keep your debuff removal ready. As for CEs you want to prioritize def up, np gain up and healing up. Good luck ^^

Orion is pretty good for the kiara fight too. Her np decreases atk, np gauge and crit rate, all which are great for this fight (especially for me cause i didnt buy the kp item that seals her beasts authority) The only problem is her np gain (y 1 hit arts cards) and her dmg isnt the best but since the most reliable strategy for this fight is arts stall id say shes quite good against kiara

Just two things. I think that Heaven's Hole without any debuff other than Melt WHIP is positively unbeatable if you're not a whale or the luckiest F2P ever. The Demonic Bodhisattva is stupidly hard, yes, but she's a joke compared to the absolute monster that is a full power Heaven's Hole. Truly a Beast. And BB doesn't tecnically charm anyone herself, that effect is a BB Slot effect that automatically triggers at the start of the fight. Still a great video. 😍

Melt WHIP + Others Debuff: Heaven's Hole, normal mode. 0 KP: Demonic Bodhisattva, Hard Mode. Melt WHIP: Heaven's Hole, Beast Mode.

that "normal" mode is the most difficult fight you can get, not only Kiara will drain your hp, stars and NP every turn it requires to have at minimum NP2 servants to do the fight, better just go for "easy" mode

Since I've been done for so long this event feels like it's been lasting forever. But i'm happy it's not over since I still need to level my Meltlilith, Suzuka and my newly obtained Enkidu. Also, the characters you can solo hard mode Kiara with are as follows: Merlin, Nightingale and Medea Lily. There may be another one but i'm not aware of any other ones.

Did it a week ago or so, with half of the KP debuffs (Just enough to not make her obnoxious against an Arts team). Went with Archuria, Tamamo and a support Waver, with Mash ready to go on the back (I had to switch Waver for Mash after the second break-bar, he was too low on HP). It takes quite some time, but she's fairly easy to beat.

I mean as f2p and already run a budget ver with lv 50 skill 1 1 1 mashu and Merlin support(yes waver is a solid options as well since popping his def skill + mashu def skill and NP could save you from kiara's NP, but im too lazy and didn't gather enough kp so i leave the np buff up which is why i can just use merlin invul skill and rotating with mashu skills and hoping merlin didn't die, and could recovery since with the 15trn cool down on atlas mystic code, merlin is vulnerable most of the time and not really recommended since you could make an oopsie and restart again), you are technically good to go but it's limits the front row option since you want to make a lot of art chains and and luckily we all should be having kuro at this rate so pretty much that's it. I don't need a backrow (even tho i have herc as backup) but it was a 40turns of stall :3 of anxiety

I beat 0kp with the f2p option. Support nightengale with my mash and hans to grind out Kiara. Medea, kotaro and chacha as sacrificial debuffs. Field as many as ideal Kings and 2030s as you can and always use mash's taunt to fill her np gauge since Kiara is 100% AOE attacks. Took me 137 turns with only a couple close rounds.

For the normal fight, which I consider the hardest, it should be notice that Heaven's Hole got 5% np down at the end of her turn. So basically you can only use np by using np charge skill first, which difficult to manage even in art teams, (unless Waver+Tam). Btw, for s.o can some how set up buster crit meme with Jalter, yeah it's viable. I went merlin+tam+xuanzang for hard mode, pretty whale. But if you can, xuanzang 3rd skill can block the np and skill seal when you break health bar. Plus her np got crit rate down and can be spam with battery and Tam for cooldown. Took 45 min i think

Just a heads up for anyone who hasn't fought her yet for whatever reason, Hard Mode Kiara is typically easier to fight than Normal Mode Kiara if you haven't bought any of the KP items besides Melt's Death Whip. Still crazy hard but usually more manageable since you don't have to deal with her having 1000 buffs and debuffs on your party outside of the first turn (which you should deal with with a Rule Breaker NP). Just bring in a burst healer like Tammy or Medea Lily and if possible someone that has a NP Damage down debuff. Best choice is Nightingale for heals and shorter CD/reliability since it's on a NP and not a skill.

@@LonexCyborg I actually beat her last night. It took a ton of tries. Some madman soloed her with Medea Lily. First three turns are scripted. Right after Kiara transforms and has her NP ready, you NEED someone like Martha to remove her buffs, otherwise it's going to be even harder. Equip your front line with 500 Year Obsession and Ideal Holy Kings if you have them, because they will die. The boss will remove all buffs on your party before NPing, so evade/invul/guts will not work. You need to hit her with NP Damage Down or Atk down to mitigate her NP damage. Bar breaks will seal your party's skills and NP for one turn. Make sure NOT to break one right before she fires off NP, otherwise you will be screwed (coming from personal experience). You will also be screwed if she stuns/charms the NP damage down person at this time (which cost me yet another run). Atlas Institute Mystic Code is mandatory. Save the debuff clear in case something like this happens. Kiara might charge NP and fire it off one turn early. Just pray to Nasu that this doesn't happen. Nightingale is god-tier in this fight as she has everything you need to survive (heals, debuff clear, NP strength down). The boss doesn't do effective damage against her, and Understanding of the Human Body makes her sturdier. Timing Nightingale's NP with Kiara's is very important. I used Melt as DPS and stacked her own NP down skill with Nightingale's NP when I could. She removed Kiara's buffs, which helped a lot. You could probably replace her with any damage dealer, she's just very good for this fight. Merlin was my last party member, mainly used to try and keep the party alive. His NP was fired off right after Kiara's because of her buff removal. Team Invul doesn't work on her NP turn, so it was used when things got particularly dangerous. Merlin couldn't do his usually ridiculous Garden of Avalon stacking and her AOE attacks chipped away more than one layer of it could heal. Medea Lily, Hans, Mash, or maybe BB could probably replace him.

I had the most clutch victor over her today. I went Mushashi and Double Merlin and took out her first two health bars. Then I only had Mordred, Mash, and Elizabeth Brave left to Buster down the last bar of 300K hp. In the end only Mordred remained and I have to brave chain the hell out of her. When Mord had 1000 hp left I used a command seal to push her HP back up and finished the fight. I was sweating balls the entire time because I actually lost her the first time we fought. XD

F2p that went for very easy mode here. When in doubt, use support Merlin + mash and a damage dealer (I used kuro). Finished the fight in 42 turns using only the front team and they still had almost full HP.

Good thing I have Merlin's Noble Phantasm at Lv.2 otherwise, she would keep draining Noble Phantasm Meter by 5%. And the Double Merlin Team Formula works too with the right character of course. Art Class Chains are more effective for Building up Noble Phantasm meter quicker.

Finally beat 15k KP Kiara today. Hell of a time, took an 1.5 hours, but at least it only took 3 attempts. This is definitely more difficult than 0KP tho, less HP but much more dangerous, especially since her buffs are so potent that you basically require regular invincibility to survive NP, while 0KP you can just bring a Nightingale and make her NP meaningless (not to mention all the debuffs being very punishing for those with only NP1 servants).

I tried to do this quest 0KP with Salieri, Kiyohime, Medea (three to get disintegrated, after Medea debuffs Kiara with Rule Breaker) and then in the back row were support Merlin and... Hans with Asterios ;) After more than half hour and nearly taking out her first health bar I screwed up and unleashed my healing NPs before her NP and got destroyed. But I think this is not impossible quest even for low rarity team. It's just so freaking loooooong :)

Kiara took me 2 tries while Shiki took me 4 tries cause for whatever reason she seemed to hit her death consistently with me. One fight her Saber form insta killed 2 of my servants through Merlin's invincibility. Finally beat her with Melt & Herc in the back line with Herc the only one standing cause she crit my Melt for 10k.....like wtf.

I was hoping for a better way to beat Shiki, because her NP was horrible to try to counter since she insta-killed everyone right before I could win. I used my seals to just finish because fuck man.

Lancelot Saber, perfect hard counter for Nero fight, especially since you get arts 100% buff for his arts deck

I beat both "hard mode" and "normal mode" and frankly i found "normal mode" to be much harder than "hard mode"

Does anyone know if there's way reduce lag during combat when switching frontline servant for backrow servant? I'm using Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. Appreciate for any suggestions.

Unfortunately combat lag is a real annoying thing, not sure of any way to reduce it. The game was built to perform better on iOS though so it may run smoother on Apple

You know, I may not have fought Shiki, but earlier in this event, I learned that instant death is actually a threat for stall teams. Since I've been getting so many Servants who suit that, I've been going for it, only to panic for a bit when one of them was insta-killed through Invincibility. THAT set me into a minor panic, let me tell you. Still trying to get NP3 Kiara, though, 'cause I'm kinda looking for a stall Servant who can actually deal some damage, too; Jeanne, Tamamo, and Merlin can certainly survive almost anything, but none of them can do any burst damage at all. REALLY looking forward to Jeanne's NP+.... That's supposed to be this year, right?

The Kiara fight after you buy all the KP items is such a joke I regret buying all of them. I didn't even use my backline and beat it with a completely f2p team, Jalter berserker, Mashu (both 6/6/6) and support Merlin.

If you go into this fight using the punishers but then die, do you lose those KP effects the next time you rematch?

Watching this after beating her on hard just to support oni-senpai. Best team for F2p's for hard mode is : Mashu, asterios and support merlin. Asterios is fantastic in this fight. On hard mode, her NP removes all buffs before dealing damage. But he renders her np completely meaningless.

The difficulty of the Kiara fight changes depending on how many debuffs you buy from the KP shop, the more debuffs you buy the easier the fight

Normal Kiara is really easy if you fully defuff her. I beat her with Okita, Mashu , Merlin combo and took me 23 turns.

Correction.... your "normal" mode (15000KP) is tougher than the "hard" mode. Also, Mooncancer's effective against Kiara as well.
