Few plans: Gates: fly invisible over the towers. Let soldiers on the ground shoot a volley of arrows to the tower guards or anyone on sight. Wait few seconds and drop bombs to the enemies that are on the towers. Main party goes from cleaning the top and soldiers run through gates and start cleaning ground floor. Then hack and slash and clean whatever is left. After battle see how many are alive. Then rest and make changes for garrison plan. If too many are lost, then retreat. Garrison: First make a scouting mission on western side. If seen or there are too many enemies, then retreat. Small scouting crew, but backed up with all soldiers that have prepared a trap and are ready to fight if needed in a backup location. If there are less enemies seen in the garrison, then you may proceed. Main points are the gates and eastern watch towers with arbalests. In here you may also use diversion tactics and make some havoc on the other side to lure enemy away from your attack direction. Using bombs is wise. 20 man plus heroes to occupy this area seems to be a pretty low in numbers. Some soldiers should be used as healers/shielders. But we will see what our heroes does and how they succeed.
