I have loved playtesting it. Smuggler Rogue and an Alienist Apothecary. Loved it. Also have been using 'Apoc' as a short-hand for apothecary. Because more than one means apocs upon Drakkenheim.

I got to say I miss the queen of thieves and even though she may be mage born that doesnt mean she can't take an office other than court mage, I think she would make for the absolute best spy master. Mechanically I think it would be an amazing tool in king Wilhelm's arsenal. More importantly I think it is a opening for a path to a form of redemption and a character arc for her, she is one of my personal favorite characters of the show. Very few know Katarina von Kestle to be a criminal herself and she has the first seed of good will planted with the summoning sapphires being returned. Also... wait for Lucretia Mathias to take a bath or change into her pjs and use the summoning sapphire of the Phelactery..? Or is that the one that doesnt have a summoning sapphire attuned to it?

delerium is in drakkenheim. drakkenheim is wilhelm’s. by right delerium belongs to wilhelm. which means that the taxes wilhelm could apply to delerium trade could potentially stop the flow of it.

I'm kinda surprised that when Uriel said he didn't think they could really kill it they didn't respond with "We have slain Balors, taken down a Sibriex backed up by an army of minotaurs, AND we have slain dragons there's nothing in that crater that we couldn't defeat. The only reason that worm survived it's encounter with us was because we had more important things to do, Pluto by himself defeated it and left it scarred without even trying. And I suspect that was the only reason you were able to slay it, because it still bore the scars and wounds of a mere brush with a good Caspian warrior." You might need someone other than Pluto to say it though, most everything was at least partially true but I don't know where Ignatius draws the line

I'm still surprised Pluto hasn't taken Paladin levels yet. It would fit even for a three level dip. Great character growth throughout the seasons.

First I think his charisma is too low mechanically, but I could see this being waived. But second one doesn't have to be a paladin in class to be one in heart. I once played in a campaign where we were all thematically paladins of the crown, I was a gnome wizard, we had a goblin cleric, a human rogue (who was later crowned the king) and his older brother a human paladin (and the grandmaster of our order by the end of the campaign) As for the eldest not being crowned the king it's a long story, but it had to do with him both being the chosen of our collective deity, and also with the younger brother being chosen by a magic sword with Excalibur vibes, but mostly because he didn't want the crown so he abdicated his right to succession. I've played in several campaigns but it was one of the most close knit groups we've had, both in character and out of character.

I started with Dungeons about a month ago and am almost caught up. I truly enjoy your content. It all makes me a better DM. I was totally amazed when I discovered that Jill was pregnant through a lot of the Drakenheim content. It just shows that she is truly a beautiful woman. And Yes I did join the patron. And enjoy the Discord. Thanks for doing such a fantastic job. I used to think that with all my years I was a good DM. After seeing Monty in action. I just want to be like him.

Also another thought, what would happen in gasconade if Wilhelm said "if you paladins want to discuss about heroic deeds, let me tell you then, my first actual battle, at ashafen, I fought alongside a paladin a dutchess" what would the result be if Wilhelm brought this up

What if there were a way to take away the Academy Directorate’s exit strategy? Shore up the “Thin Places” and prevent the movement across planes. If they had no way to leave, they might feel differently about the risks of Delirium.

This would also prevent everyone else from escaping. It's like chaining the doors to a mall shut and releasing a pack of wolves.

@@CallenExile right. Forcing you to actually deal with the wolves and not just leaving them to kill everyone else. Since, in this analogy, the vast majority of people already had no way to leave the mall, and the ones who are trying to leave are the ones with wolf traps.

willhelm is being far too submissive with the regent of elyria, exactly what would an elyrian army be worth if they had to fight a guerrilla war inside the walls of drakkenheim? The lanterns have been living with drakkenheim for years, as have the followers. Westemar is a sovreign nation, even in it's current state, and elyrian imperialism can not be stood for.
