5:55 What Saber said was he was not a "mage" Servant can somewhat sense a mage, not a master. Those differences can be confusing since every master is supposed to be a mage as well. But I'm sure you remember who was the master of 4th Caster, a mass murderer with no mana.

Caster's master in zero had mana.He was a distant relative of a mage family that resided within Fuyuki but obviously he never practiced in his life and found a book in his family archeve about summoning a servant and decited to try it for shit's and giggles.It's impossible to summon a servant without having a magic circuit's but it is possible to be a master without one (Keyneth practically stopped being a mage after he was crippled yet his contract with Diarmuid and command spell's remained).

Reinforcement magecraft has 3 levels. Reinforcement, Alteration, and Projection. Reinforcement allows someone to increase the effectiveness of the target, i.e., making a knife sharper or a light brighter. Alteration allows for someone to change the properties of an object. This can change the effects of an object or its physical properties, i.e., turn a tree branch into a bow or steel into rubber. Projection is the final and most advanced level of reinforcement magic. it allows for someone to create something. It requires an understanding of the structure of the object you're trying to create. It requires large amounts of magical energy, and the creations are usually of low quality. Projection magecraft is considered inferior to reinforcement magecraft. An example is that it costs a lot of magical energy to create a sword, while if you use the same amount of magical energy on reinforceing a sword, it would be almost ten times more efficient.

Shriou being able to use the more complicated projection, before the easier reinforcement is usual. It is also unusual how high quality his projections of Archer's swords were.

IIRC, during the fight against Caster and Kuzuki in the Visual Novel you get a choice whether to help Saber or Rin (who were both losing as we saw). As a Saber fanboy, I of course chose Saber - but UBW is the Rin route, so choosing Saber unfortunately led to a bad end D: Kuzuki is a threat. He is not a mage , but he is obviously a master martial artist, and Caster's reinforcement magic buffs his body to be able to stand up against Servants. It's pretty effective, since Servants don't expect a Master to be a genuine threat to them.

Gil in Zero already said he really dislikes the modern era, even called it "Ugly." So you can imagine him living in an era that he despises for 10 years lol Before, as a servant, he was just spectating & now that's he's a part of said era as flesh & blood, he seems to be taking a more involved role.

24:25 There are two versions - English and Japanese. Both of them were written by a writer himself. But the problem is he's probably not good at English, so a translation doesn't match well and it's kind of janky quality. I will share the unofficially translated JP version with no comment on it, so you girls can interpret it freely, hopefully in the next video. The EN 8 lines are paired with JP 8 lines respectively. So Kuzuki uses a specific technique that is very effective when you fight for the first time, but they retreated because its not effective once your opponent knows. If Kuzuki were to fight saber there, he would lose because she wont underestimate him again.
