Interesting theory. It's also possible that the BIW is a younger version of the Man in Yellow, and somehow along the way, as he "aged", he became evil. Also haven't ruled out that Randall is a middle version of the 2 entities.

I totally agree with your theory about the boy and Waite being related to the man in yellow and that he was used as a sacrifice first I truly believe that and I’ve been saying that ever since the aging of the boy and white started so I think we are both and anyone else who thinks the same way or on the right track.

But if he was also a sacrificed child, that would also mean that he himself was also "not saved." Why doesn't he also look like the Anghkooey kids then? His body and form looks clean and healthy. Was he not born in the caves, in the dark that they were?

Good theory! I've wondered if BIW could be the child who survived and/or escaped being sacrifice. He wears all white clothes like the other children but his are clean. Also the fact he has helped Victor and now is helping Ethan, maybe he is choosing a child from each cycle to protect.

Ears on the man in yellow are out like the other dude everyone thinks. Boy in White has ears flat against his head. Man in yellow in the painting also wearing a similar shirt as the boy in white without the jacket. I think the Man in Yellow is Ethan.
