Yea he is worm with his warm jacket, she is not. What kind of father would just sit in the cold in a worm jacket and not take the child in it? These people are insane. God this and that. Oh piss off. If I would have seen this clip while the father would keep the child and her head in his jacket to protect her from the cold I would feel different. As a mom, I would never let my children be cold...
