But surprised at Abbey, for some reason I didn't think she would have much personality (judging a book by its cover maybe, stereotype) but she his hilarious too. Great to see you both back at your best,so normal love it. I also have hair loss due to low ferritin. Had to find it all out myself as as you say GPS take no notice of low ferritin even though it should be treated when under 30. Its a disgrace as low ferritin causes heart palpitations, dizziness, weakness which I've been having for a while. When you feel weak like that it puts in bad mood as it is. You'll probably find you get a lot more energy and find your mood a lot better, thats what I've found wish I knew years ago. Mine was 20 as well, taking a long time to raise it with highly absorbable chelated iron. Whats the name of the ferritin supplement your using if you don't mind me asking? Get Pete to try organic rosemary oil and scalp massage every day, meant to work better than that stuff they give you for male pattern hair loss. Both got good head of hair but no harm in keeping what what you've got at least

Love the podcast but disappointed at the stance on allergies, I think its really dangerous to dismiss them as "just take a gaviscon". My 6 year old is anaphylactic to eggs and nuts so im glad that restaurants are now taking allergies seriously as they could avoid someone potentially dying.
