Respectfully, I hope you all Don't think I'm in any stereotyping But as all 3 of you unique KZbin users looking what I assume to be "African" or "African Americans" .. (I mean one of you has AFRICA in your username) .. don't you three find it a bit disrespectful that this story takes place in "North Africa" yet alll were seeing is CAUCASOIDS? I mean I'm not the biggest history buff. But unless I missed some kind of European occupation of this part of Africa in this time period.. ITS KIND OF CRAZY HOLLYWOOD would place this story in Africa and have no one iota of melanin in any of these characters. Just my 0.02.

The Devil's Reaper ended up messing up, and he got away. Then supposedly redeemed himself when he saved the girl. Does not go by the Bible and has its own rules.

Solomon Kane never wanted to become a priest; which is what his father, a king or someone important, was going to push him into. Solomon then ran away and became a mercenary. He did several evil things. He went into war with some sort of arabic kingdom, in which he comes across Devil's Reaper. The Reaper was there to collect Solomon's soul. After escaping the Reaper, he became a monk. The monks then tell him he has to go and enter the world. He finds out that his father's kingdom has gone dark and that he is needed to fight that evil. Later on, he saves the girl after defeating the evil, supposedly saving his soul from the devil.
