While the shooter's actions were incomprehensible, the mom isn't being honest. They were making noise, and they've been making noise. People don't just bang on the ceiling for fun. It was 10:30 at night. People have to go to work in the morning. I've been in this situation many, many, many times in this city. It is infuriating. The man had called 311 many times over the years. After knowing perfectly well that his family was making noise, the husband ran inside and brought out a pair of scissors and threatened the man with it. Now a father and son are dead for absolutely nothing. This could have all been resolved with "We'll keep it down. Have a good night."

That does not justify him shooting them while they're walking back to their apartment. Son was also running away and got loaded with bullets for no reason on the ground. They were noisy cause the father was fighting with the son. So yeah you can't justify this just because it was 10:30pm😂

I know you're not intelligent but do to the events that unfolded I'm going to say that was very hardcore unemployment behavior.... If the man was that worried about his life and job that much over noise because he had work in the morning.... He even double checks it in the video when the dad walking back in to get his shirt on....

The deeper issue is all the apartment walls and floors being too thin and everybody be able to hear everything every nook and cranny can be heard upstairs and downstairs it doesn't matter.. I had a neighbor downstairs that used to bang on the ceiling cuz they thought I was too loud .. with "2x4's" now I have neighbors that let Pitbulls loose with no collar, people skateboard on the roof and bang on the roof.. and then the neighbor across the hallway from sweeps dirt in front of my door.. all this could drive a person mad.. just have good credit and save money so you can go to a decent place. Your husband is a big bully for coming out of his apartment with a pair of scissors at the suspect. He bit off more than he could chew, because the perpetrator had the bigger weapon, a handgun, and it cost him his life and his son's life. Both men were wrong. The perpetrator will be caught and spend the rest of his life in prison. He premeditatedly planned for violence, coming upstairs with a gun in his waist. 😢

It also dictate a very large man coming out of his apartment with a pair of scissors and putting in at someone's neck. To add insult to injury, he angrily push his wife away twice, before he was shot. Both men premeditatedly came to war. Unfortunately it cost the father and his son their lives. The suspect will be caught and spend the rest of his life in prison. Was it worth it? Certainly not. It was reportedly an ongoing dispute about noise between neighbors. The best thing that the suspect could have done is move, since nothing could be done concerning the noise. Now the suspect will have to spend the rest of his life thinking about his wrong and stupid decision to go upstairs prepared to kill. It is written, he that ruleth his spirit, is mightier than he that taketh a city. Obviously Both men have no fear of God, and acted according to their carnal understanding.
