The plaintiff lost respect for his son, the defendant, after he dropped out of school. The plaintiff signed a lease for an apartment for his son with the agreement he’d make payments. However, the defendant failed to make the payments, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant, who claims the plaintiff is an awful father, argues he only agreed to pay half the rent because the plaintiff was storing items in the home.

If it’s a daughter suing the mother he’ll automatically go after the daughter and try and tear her down and find some reason to dismiss her case. When it’s the son he’ll try and tear into the father looking for a reason to rule against him
