I love your content Dan. Thanks for taking the time out and putting these together. Any thoughts on recovery and what should one be doing post exercise?

I 100% agree with bracing one's core rather than sucking it in. I do a lot of ballet and bracing the core is key to maintaining balance and still being able to breathe. Now that i think about it I use core bracing when I work out with weights and when I cycle too!

Plz man, i beg you, consider making a full hour long video or even 30 min. With a full workout programs for 40 year old who want to go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week. 90 minutes. And want to focus on strength for longevity and muscle to burn carlories rested throughout the day Natural, no TRT or PED. Because honesty so many programs on many sites and plaves are made for enhanced people who can recover faster than nattys Its new years and everyoje wants to lose weight and get fitter And honestly cardio only or cardio focussed programs lead to lose skin and alot of stretch marks. Whereas losing weight by weightlifting mixing with cardio at the end or something helps more. From my basic knoweldge I know you train clients so you are a subject matter expert God bless you man❤ happy new years❤🎉

I don't agree with the way you presented yourself as having bad genetics. You can't refer to your younger self that didn't do all these things and then start doing all the things and compare your current shape and refer to it as 'bad genetics'. That's good genetics, you just didn't give them the chance to interact with the correct environment yet. On that note: Kiwi's are also one of the only fruits containing the correct vitamin combination to repair your DNA. Great video though, it will help me alot, thank you.

Appreciate the feedback. We agree to disagree.

it’s not about his younger self. he’s referring to his ethnic background which affects body comp, fat distribution, metabolic rate, muscle building, sensitivity to carbs, etc. obviously anyone can attain a certain physique with enough training and consistency, but it can be more difficult for people with certain genetic disadvantages, and their training and diet has to be tailored to their body. see studies of asian, south asian, etc vs european or vs african genetics.
@Paranorworld25 күн бұрын
@@bintbadawiyyah I am aware of these studies. But he refered to being able to reach his peak despite bad genetics and showed a picture of his younger, skinyfat self. That in no way indicates anything about bad genetics, these underlying variables you refer to do. There are people who peak quite low in physique btw and cannot even reach the point he's at, there's more than you think. Especially poor metabolism is a large macro issue right now, due to new habits we've been developping over the years.
