An increased build-up of fat in the liver.
Major risk factors include obesity and type 2 diabetes, though it's also associated with excessive alcohol consumption.
It usually causes no symptoms. When symptoms occur, they include fatigue, weight loss, and abdominal pain.
Treatment involves reducing the risk factors such as obesity through a diet and exercise program. It is generally a benign condition, but in a minority of patients, it can progress to liver failure (cirrhosis).

It was very general. Not much was said about NAFLD,or about changes in lifestyle needed to reverse fatty liver. Particularly,if a patient is also suffering from GERd and has osteoarthritis,preventing walking 5ams a day.

சோறு புட்டு மா உணவு இந்தியா வில தானே அதிகம் சாப்பிடுவார்கள். மேற்கத்தைய நாடுகள் மாப்பொருளை மிகவும் குறைவாகவும் புரத உணவுகளை அதிகமாக சாப்பிடுவார்கள். அப்படி இருக்கும் போது fatty liver எப்படி மேற்கத்திய நோயானது.
