I made sure to record this game when ESPN Classic re-aired it on Wednesday. Pasco...damn. That sequence summed up the Jim Wooldridge era at K-State.

I always felt it was a shame that Pasco got branded by this one play --- compared to the inadequacies of Coach Wooldridge, Pasco was a breath of fresh air. He averaged double-figures in points and shot over 50% from the field for his career, and I remember him always fighting hard for rebounds. This game probably wouldn't have been decided in the final seconds if Wooly had coached better. Like Bill Buckner, I guess it's easier to remember someone for one bad moment than many good ones.
