The first thing I thought. Hell of a punch to slam a tree, bounce backwards, and still land near the green haha.

Great video! I really appreciate you recording your ups and downs on the course. It's nice to watch someone who is around my skill level here on KZbin! I see that you play a lot of courses in northeast Ohio. I'm also from northeast Ohio, but I'm currently in Columbus for school. I work at the OSU Golf Club, so If you're ever in town I can get you on the Scarlet or Gray course! We're currently prepping for an upcoming Web.com Tour tournament so Scarlet is in excellent condition!

John Baker I bet it is. I’ve already showed some guys at work your channel and they all love it. If you’re persistent I know people will find your channel. It’s quality content and a lot of people can relate to the struggles. There’s so many channels of pro golfers killing it on the course, but there’s not as many that show the progression like this one. Solid stuff man.

Great Golfing. Just a little tip if you lose your ball after your ball and its not a hazard like hole number 5 you have to tee it back up at the tee box. or you can just hit a provisional shot. Anyways great Golfing. Keep it up!

Hey John! This helped me a lot with my putting! I take three practice strokes ehile looking at the whole and get my speed, and while I’m taking my putting stroke I look at the hole as well just like my practice so I have my speed! I also had a problem with leaving it short or blasting past the hole. I think this will help you a lot if you just give it a chance

John I love your videos. I play golf once a week and usually shoot about 2 to 3 under par normally and something I feel could really help your putting is move it in closer to your feet and try and make your putter as flat on the ground as possible and it will also give you a little extra pop on the sweet spot of the putter. It will cut out toes and heels. Just something to try and think about.

Heya big guy! Great vid once again. What I've noticed lately is this: You do not finish you swing, you stop it at a very awkward position somewhere at 3/4ths of a full swing. This results in your waist not ending in the position where you intend the ball to go, thus sending a lot of balls to the right! You would want to end up with you waist towards where you want the ball to go. Stance and positioning of the club face ofcourse is one thing, but you could improve lots on the form of your swing :). Good luck and all the best✌
@callumthomas94346 жыл бұрын
jordgroothuis I totally agree with you, but this is due to the fact that his weight is restricting him to do so. Hence the more weight he loses the more he can turn
@dollerzTV6 жыл бұрын
I like the video format. I'll be watching some more. Real talk though...does 10 handicap mean he regularly shoots 10 over? I feel like I do a lot better than this, but I shoot a 95-100 regularly...I always just assumed I had a 28 handicap. Signed, clueless.

Sean's short game saved his butt. Surprised he shot 3 over with some of his drives. Pretty impressive. With your chipping...I usually choke down on the club a little bit....and with your chip I see u kind of stop the club from following through....u stop your club after u hit it and don't follow through....hope this helps....love the videos.

You may already know this so forgive me if you do, but those tee shots that go OB or lost like the ones on 5 and 8 you hit a provisional off of the tee for 3 instead of dropping. I know its a small detail but your getting free yardage on your penalty stroke and if played correctly would raise, I would say 95% of average golfers actual handicap. Because that re-tee is the hardest shot in golf and the drop with the free yardage is much easier. Not bashing by any means I enjoy your channel.

If you know the greens are super fast why do you still land your chip shots 3/4 the way to the flag, I recommend on working on your course management
@DrunkHoonigan6 жыл бұрын
Swing looking better. Work on your tempo and balance. I recommend getting a SKLZ Gold Flex - Golf Training Aid. I have one and it really helps me warm up and get a good feel for my tempo. I also recommend you pick up a used White Ice #7, #9, or Sabertooth, based off your stroke I think you would putt a lot better. Keep the same tempo with all your clubs, and if you find yourself slipping or off balance you might want to look into some new shoes. You will be amazed what tempo, balance, and the right putter will do for your game.

Hole 5 if u lose your ball u cant just drop where you think it landed. You should of played a provisional for 3 off the tee or the hole conceded. The rule is stroke and distance. Just for future reference 😉 ... so u should of been playing your 4th shot.
