Great video Andy. My steam unit is making a knocking sound and has excessive water flow from the steam outlet, particularly at startup. Would you have any idea what could cause this?

Hay sir, a would like advise. My steam generator works for about 10- 15 min. then whole things turns off. Main fuse on generator cuts of power. After that it is turning off every min or two. Is it overhated or something else? Thank you for your answer.

Thanks Andy, Do I need to change only the metal tip sensor or the whole cable as this will make a very complicated matter! Can I have the part number if poss pls?

It comes as one part so you will have to change it all. Contact your local Tylo dealer for details.

Hello. I have Tylo Pure 8 and sauna does not get hot enough. How i can disable overheating protection?

I would strongly advise you DO NOT disable the overheat protection but contact your local Tylo supplier and discuss the problem with them

Hi Andy, My H1 control panels is showing high temperature wen not in use, so because of that the steam does not get on? Pls help

Hi Aslam, the most likely cause of this is the temperature sensor has failed and will need changing. Hope it all works out for you. All the best, Andy

Hello. This could be a number of things, as this looks like there is no power to the card. You will need a qualified engineer to; Check the mains supply. Check the red button cut out is ok (pressed in) Check the main switch is not burnt out. Trace the power to the card by working backwards from it. Please be aware that this MUST only be carried out by a qualified electrician or Tylo engineer. All the best, Andy
