Hello Andy, recently Imported a Steam Generator Tylo Brand to India forget to get the display, again ordered but its reaching late, is there a way ON the machine without the display ( Like can we switch on the machine manually)

my steam generator is coming on sometimes it completely fails to come on. now its not coming on and its producing clicking sound at one of the relays. what could be the problem

Hi, it's quite likely there is a problem with the incoming voltage but I would advise you get a professional electrician to check this for you.

Hi Andy, are you able to check if our steam generator is Genuine Tylo? Its supposedly a 12kw Tylo generator but Im not certain it is as its panels look different from yours in this video. Can we send you images to help confirm?

Hi, If you have continuous flow of water through steam generator, follow points below. It could be that the solenoid valve is stuck open with dirt. Clean filter if fitted and clean valve. Check if voltage switches on/off to the solenoid. This is 230 volts. Or it could be that the PCB temp limit sensor has failed. The way to prove this is to unplug the little 2 black wired white connector from the PCB Then power up unit and check if water has stopped. I hope this helps
