I have peugeot 2007 peugeot 307 1.6 hdi. This actuator is not moving. I've checked it like you did and it stand still. But I also have 3 pin socket joint under this actuator. Do you know what is responsible this socket? There is probably some kind of sensor but I don't know what is responsible for.

Hi Serdar. I want to ask a ques for you. We have a Volvo S80 1.6 diesel, it uses this exact same turbo charger. Our issue is when we start engine, everything is normal until 20-25 mins of usage and engine gets hot. After engine gets hot, its start shaking and makes not lineer acceleration between 1750-2000 rpm/min. We found that Vac selonoid was not working 2 weeks ago, so we change it and we thought it was about it but the issue continues now.. I am doubtful of a wastegate or actuator issue, can you help me what the issue could be please?

Hi, these work by vaccum. So the faulty one can cause an overboost? What if the actuators that work with positive pressure? Can it cause underboost or overboost? Thanks

There is no oil contact with this type of actuator. Turbo may leak oil and you probably see that oil.

Merhabalar. Bende de wg den şüphelendiğim bi durum oluştu. Birebir aynı turbo. Milde gram oynama yok,egzoz ve emme palleri sapasağlam. Sadece turbo soğukken bir devir bandında hafif ıslıklama başladı. Bi de 4000 li devirlerde araç dururken gaz verdiğimde saçmalama var. Selenoid ve borular sorunsuz, gösterdiğim biri turbo başlangıcı dedi. Araç 160k da. Ben ısrarla westgate ve turbo yağlama borusundan şüpheleniyodum. Turbo ömrü uzun olsun diye sorun olmasa da bu iki parçayı hep değişmek vardı kafamda fakat westgate i ayrıca satana rastlamıyodum. Video baya eski, umarım hesabınız aktiftir. Tecrübeniz benim için çok önemli.

Ben waste gate actuator ü Ankara Şaşmaz’da Turbo Cener’dan almıştım. Çıkmadan başka şansınız yok. Turbocularda bulunuyor çıkma olarak. Ben o tarihte 100 tl gibi bi rakama almıştım. Aracın üstünde wg testi yapmak kolay. Videodaki gibi bir şırınga ve silikon veya 6 mm pnömatik hortumla wd den emiş yapın. Aynen videodaki gibi kolun kalması lazım. Kıpırdamıyor veya bırakıyorsa membranı deliktir aynı benimki gibi. Eğer vakum tutuyorsa sağlamdır. Bu durumda vakum devresine bakın ki bakmışsınız sorun yokmuş.

Serdar Erkan , öncelikle teşekkür ederim cevabınız için. İstanbul ve Ankarada ikamet ediyorum, bahsettiğiniz turbocuyu da biliyorum. Turbomda bi sorun yokken bi kaç turbocuya "bana göre" fazla gelen tahliye sesinden ötürü götürmüştüm. Sizin yaptığınız tip bi testi yapmadılar. Mesela kontağı kapattıktan sonra yirmi küsür saniye valf basıncı tutuyodu sonrasında tırrırırıır diye ses çıkararak (bilhassa kışları) westgate çubuğu hareket ediyordu . Ona da normal dediler. Selenoid valfidir, intercoolerdır tarafımca değişti. Hiçbir boruda kaçak yok fakat fıfıfıfu fıfıfıu sesi yapabiliyo hafif rampalı park yerlerinde bile. Milde gram oynama olmayan, palleri düzgün turbo kesin sorunsuz demek midir bilmiyorum fakat esnafın pek dürüst olmadığını düşündüğümden bütün kontrollerden emin olmak istiyorum. Bu şırınga testini wg turbo üstündeyken yapabiliyo muyum, zira pimlerini söktükten sonra geri takabilir miyim turboyu sökmeden bilemiyorum. Bir de esnaflığına güvenebileceğim bi turbocu biliyorsanız ankara ve istanbul için söyleyebilir misiniz ?

No, the removal of turbo is not necessary. You can easily dis/reassemble waste gate actuator.

I don’t think. If the spring in the actuator is broken, may be. But it is nearly impossible.
