I’m the same as you. I love to crochet. I love to bead (especially peyote and brick stitch), but for the life of me I could never ever get bead crochet. This is a game changer!

I'm so happy I found this tutorial! I haven't gotten the hang of PeyTist nor do I want to load ALL of my bead up front for bead crochet. I'll load up front for kumihimo, but it's easier to make corrections if need be. Your faux bead crochet is so simple!!! I can hardly wait to watch your 2 sequel tutorials for joining ends and for reading a pattern. Thanks soooo much!!!

Thank you so much for this stitch. I do bead crochet but this is much easier because you do not have to load the beads on first and it is hell when you make a mistake. So again thank you so much !!!!

Your video was full of good information but sometimes you wandered off camera so couldn't see all that you did but got the idea. I'd like to see an end result of this type of beading. Do you have another video that shows your nearing the end of a project. Is your work bendable? I'm going to hunt through your videos and see if I can find something. Hope you can send a link. Your a very good teacher.

Hi Shae, I know this old but I just want to say I am happy to see you at what you do very well. I ran across this video because I want to learn bead crochet, I will be trying. However, if it does not work out for me glad to know I have an alternative. AN instructor told me her class frustrated her because not one of them got the technique down. LOL. I want to learn the African stripes. Have you done using you technique?

Could you please explain why you need eight to start with. Is the tube really 6 around? Do you take the first bead off?

Oh my goodness I had to call the magazine to get this edition because the store had no more of the Feb/Mar issue. So it is on the way and I am happy. I ladder for the start but can not join. I think I am going to really like this.

Hi Shae great video. I was wondering how do you add more thread and when you started it does it have to always be an Even Number?

Can't wait to try this, the dark bead you started with is it supposed to be the same color as the rest of your beads ??
@lvfnnygrl6 жыл бұрын
The first bead is whatever color the first bead of your pattern is. So if it is a solid color pattern, then yes it is the same color as the rest of your Beads.
