HOW TO MAKE THE TASTIEST CRUNCHY FRIED PIES

INGREDIENTS:
FILLING: 1 tbs vegetable oil
1/2 size medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 medium size carrot
1/2 of each green/yellow bell pepper
145g canned tuna chunks
Chilli pepper to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 stock cube small size
1/2 tsp soy sauce(Optional)
DOUGH: 2 cups of plain flour(pre-sieved)
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs unsalted butter
2 eggs(Optional)
1/2 cup of water
Enough oil for deep frying

If you want to bake it then add more butter to it and don't add the egg to the flour and also flatten the dough a bit thicker 👍 thanks for watching 😊👍

Not very soft henced why I used just a bit of water and yes you should fry on medium heat to get the crispy and crunchy taste and also to fry it well and to avoid soaking too much oil and also getting burnt 👍
