Wow mini Cheburekis! You say these are from Ghana? We make big versions of these here in Poland, just like them!!! We eat them on hot summer day, with tea and honey! It's amazing how every culture seems to have invented the half-circle shape patty! The brits have the cornish pasty, the greeks have some type of patty I can't remember... Even asian cultures have them!!!

I just made this tonight. Wow, the butter in the flour makes such a difference to the taste and texture of the crust. Its so delicious, I didn't add the onion to the flour tho but it was so amazing
