Nipun you have changed my skin. I have reduced my skincare steps and loving the routine I have curated for myself using all of the products tht you have recommended. Please suggest a barrier supporting serum on my H nights while following the HER routine. And am using the neutrogena retinol (am 28) and not using vit c as I dont want extra steps. I use the nicea salicylic one on my exfoliation nights. Hole this is a good to go routine

No microneedling is not for everyone specially who have very sensitive skin....I have done it from a very good dermat clinic and after that for 10 days my face is red at many places and so many pigmentation after that and then I m on treatment of pigmentation so be careful

My dermatologist has prescribed me Epiduo gel which is basically an adaplene for treating my hormonal acne. Can I layer epiduo gel on the affected areas on my retinol and exfoliating night, as I am 40 years and try to follow your anti aging routine? I am also using Azelaic acid following your videos. Can I use both Gunam Beauty and Ordinary Azelaic acid suspension at the same night?

Hello beautiful Nipun ma'am 🧡 love from Delhi 💚 Ma'am i have very very intense dark circles since i was 10yrs old, and sensitive skin as well around my eyes. I visited good dermatologists and 70% of them said it's incurable because it's due to inflammation and auto immune diseases. Finally one dermat said that I need a "meline treatment" for under eyes. It will only be effective in reducing my dark circles upto 50% only he said. And this process is costly as well. So should i invest in it or not?? Please share insights about this treatment as well.
