Bitter greens (rapunzel) and the wild girl (all things brothers Grimm) by Kate forsyth are amazing adult and dark historical retellings. They both tore my heart and I was blown away by them. I loved The Kiss Quotient. I still need to read the Christina Lauren book but I just finished My Favorite Half Night Stand and it was so good, I loved it. I keep hearing about the Scythe books by Neal Shusterman. I'm gonna have to add those in sooner rather than later.

I was right there with you suffering for 2 months with Drums of Autumn!!!! The last 1/4th was the only enjoyable part for me! But the feels in that ending made me not hate the book. It for sure isn't my favorite in the series. But I was glad to be done with it and to have experienced it. -Love your videos! so glad to have a new one

I loved the Kiss of Deception series by Mary E Pearson and I loved the first book of the spinoff series Dance of Thieves. I cannot wait for the Vow of Thieves to come out this year.

I picked up Red Queen because I heard about it in your video and I read it all in one day... So GOOD! I heard in another video that you like historical romance novels which are my favorite types of novels, and I think you might really love “Dracula, My Love” by Syrie James (if you haven’t already read it) it is about the secret diaries of Mina Harker in Dracula, and its one of my favorite books! I also grew up obsessed with Twilight so vampires are a weakness for me lol

OMG! King's Cage is the best is the best RQ book. I never understood why that series in particular gets so much hate for being a typical YA book when I think it kind of takes the cliches that most other books have an really puts its own spin on it.

i have the kiss quotient on m kindle. and i need to read it because i have been diagnosed with Autism in December before christmas and going to start therapy etc for it this year as soon as i get my letter through about it this book sounds so good

hi tasha! i think you’ll love “sky in the deep” by adrienne young. it’s pretty action packed & the characters are very intriguing. it follows two different clans of vikings & they’re rivals. & the main character gets taken away by her rival clan. the romance is so cute & easily adored!

I have found lighter or more comedy books are great for Audio Books. This way you can leave them Friday evening and pick up Monday morning without forgetting too much.

OMG yes, I absolutely hated the voice actress change in Only Human -- she was from Puerto Rico and had a thick accent in the second book but suddenly had a terrible Brooklyn accent in the third and it completely threw me off and I ended up enjoyed the story a bit less because I could not stand her every time she spoke lol I'm glad I'm not the only one who was annoyed with that. But overall, the Themis Files trilogy is brilliant.
