Have you ever tried Coze from PG? I got a sample recently, it actually does use cannabis sativa oil, and it's very...idk, I'm on the fence about buying a full bottle. I don't wanna walk around smelling like the back of a stoner van lol. But it's definitely very interesting. It also has patchouli and coffee / tonka in the base. Wondering if it's comparable at all to Music Festival.

Just purchased Flying and I must say it’s absolutely fantastic. I agree with ranking on Jazz Club, I find it to be very reminiscent of many designer fragrances and not really up to scratch. Tea escape is quite nice too.

I mean I can understand why you would want the Alcohol and Tobacco in Jazz Club to be sharper but I would also disagree. Jazz is made up of multiple sounds from multiple instruments that all blends together beautifully and it is very like able and smooth. This fragrance to me is a beautiful representation of jazz if jazz was a smell. Smooth, soothing, and very enjoyable. It is my #1 fragrance because how great it smells but also I like the philosophy behind it. I don’t know, that might be just be me but I love it because in my opinion it’s damn near perfect at its ability to appeal others and capture the essence of a jazz club.

Great overview of a not too talked about House. I personally have only sampled Dancing on the Moon sent to me by a kind SA a Barney's. The one you didn't really like. I thought it was interesting, stark yet rich and more floral powder than anything overtly lunar (Jasmine, cereus, etc) but Sebastian (also his name lol) knows I dig weird/avant-garde so I'm sure that's why he included it. I have a LOT of MMM sampling to do. So then it would seem a city trip to a freestanding Sephora is totally necessary! 👍 Smell swell & be well, J xox

I have tried several when I received Sephora samples, but haven’t bought- I rarely buy 100ml bottles at this stage in my fragrance journey.if I feel like I would want to wear a perfume every day, I’ll consider it (even though I never wear anything that often, I want to love it that much before I’ll buy!)

Honestly, I have more men come up to me and ask what I’m wearing when I’m wearing Jazz Club than any other fragrance I’ve ever had. I don’t get many compliments on it from women though.

@@milainside-out9822 I get mine from a place called parfum dreams, they use to retail for around € 70 on there and you can also find a €10 euro off voucher so you could pick them up for 60ish or less if you caught the 25%off sales but now they retail for around €90 but you can still find the vouchers for money off or wait for a sale. It's also free shipping too. :)

Soul of the Forest is fabulous. Like an upgraded version of Cape Heartache from Imaginary Authors, but with a less bitter bite. I love this entire House, but I did not know they were under L'Oreal. I also enjoyed At the Barber's because of my never-ending love affair with Oak Moss.

By The Fireplace and Music Festival are my faves, though I do find them to be autumn/winter scents. I like Lazy Sunday Morning in candle form and would wear the scent to work as it’s clean and inoffensive to colleagues. I have just seen that By The Fireplace is now available as a candle in my country so I am going to see how that compares to Diptyque’s Feu de Bois. I wish Diptyque would bring that scent out as a fragrance to wear. It appears I am not the only one who likes a smokey fire scent!

BeachWalk has been my daily scent for about 6 years. I always get wonderful compliments, and it makes me smile every time I put it on. It's not in your face, it's clean, light, and truly a day at the beach, scent - think Monterey beaches not Miami. Ive heard people say they dont like the longevity of this scent, but I do...by end of day - it's just subtle...as perfum should be...not trying to attract bees. LOL

Thanks Sebastian I do love these Replicas interestingly made me like this brand/house. I like oud and a couple of the ouds but they’re not my fav ouds out there but I like. No I didn’t know they were put out by L’Oréal funny they buy up a lot of brands a long time ago I had a fav skincare line from the derms office and they bought that line but changed some of the ingredients and ruined it for me 😔
