Just one question , I read books but sometimes content conflicts with which i read previously in other books, and i confused what is right and wrong , so how can I know which is true and how to apply what you read in real life, i mean forever, if I read another book and if it tells another story i apply it, and forgot about previous one.

I hope to start by reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, for it seems like a beautiful book about the importance of the present moment that is eternal. Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty has recently become popular on social media and I desire to read it at some point in my life. Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport is a book I need to read because excessive internet usage has become a lifestyle in the generation I was born in. Technology and smartphones were always very common in the years I have lived. However, I have never felt really attached to the virtual and technical world. While I have learned so much through online platforms, I much prefer to connect myself to the vivacious world of nature. I love you

I don't know why Think Like A Monk is getting the limelight. Though I myself haven't read it but I follow Mouni Roy on instagram where she keeps us updated by her current read and lets us read some of her favourite lines from her current read, and when it comes to this book I read some lines about 4 monks which is about breaking their silence one by one, and exactly this lesson I have learned from my mother in my childhood. Now you tell me, Sneha, about Shetty's authenticity . Isn't it questionable?

I think it's getting the recognition because it's very easy and relatable. And yes he shared that story but he didn't claim it to be exclusively his own story. Like in many books authors mention some quotes from other books and sources naa, just like that he also shared many such references and then explained them via his own experiences. Honestly, when I ordered his book I had zero expectations. Ami ai boi tar review te shuru tei eta bolechilam 🙈 kintu boi ta porar por I had no reason to not like it.
