I use to use that hairspray and I did really like it but like you said the smell isn't the best. I wanted to try something else and found that the Redken Forceful 23 super strength hairspray worked even better and left a much nicer smell. You should try it out!

The hair gel actually helped me because I have really short hair and I like to style it and couldn't find a good gel so thumbs up to your husband for great hair care taste

You should try the pureology volumizing mousse, I'm a hair stylist and it seriously works! A little tip with any volumizing mousse is to not rub it inbetween your palms first, but put it on a comb and brush it through.

The regular shampoo and conditioner from that loreal line is so good! I have been using the color kind to protect my highlights and my hair blow dries sooo smooth! I bet you would really enjoy them.

Tati, I have hopelessly flat and limp (and stubborn) hair and I've tried a number of texturizing/volumizing hair products to no success, but I tried the b&bw texture spray on your recommendation and it's amazing! I've been coveting these powder texturizers I see a lot of british youtubers using, but I think this is pretty much what I imagine them to be in spray form. So glad I was able to find it with your help! :)

Tati! Loved this series! I got the Sephora favorites too and fell in love with the argan oil SO much I was using it like water! I purchased the JM Argan balm. It's HUGE and multipurpose like the oil and it's going to last me the rest of my life. Did I miss your favorite tinted moisturizer??

Tip for the Josie Maran Argan oil I've been using it on my face for a year I have oily skin and it doesn't leave me greasy it's great around the eyes . This stuff is amazing !

My favorite product for volume is a product called "It's a 10". My favorite shampoo has been Alberto V05. It's $1.00 and it's hands down the best thing I've ever used, and I've tried them all. Shocked that something so cheap is so so good.

Edible hairspray: dissolve sugar in warm water.. It's not sticky or crunchy, but you need to preserve it, so rather leave it in th fridge or add some rubbing alcohol

My favourite hairspray for 2013 was Sebastian Shaper Hairspray, Hold & Control and then my hair stylist suggested I try Indola Innova Flexible Lacquer Finish and now I'm hooked. It's a lacquer and not a hairspray which contains water. It does amazing things to hour hair!!
