This is one issue a lot of women have so I have shared how one can make this super easy DIY & use continuously for a brighter under eye. Nothing can substitute a diet rich in fruits & vegetables, adequate water intake, an exercise regime & getting 8 hour of proper sleep at proper time. So make sure you are doing all of that as well.
