Start taking spinach and carrot juice... once your body is cleansed inside, would make your skin glow outside. Most of her remedies/tips are useless.

Your body goes through tremendous changes during pregnancy. Changing hormones, particularly the excess of estrogen and progesterone, is the main cause of melasma during pregnancy. Avoiding Medication is recommended. Some effective home remedies can be done to beat the devil of hyperpigmentation. It may take time possibly months after delivery for it to completely fade without any targeted treatment.🙏 Team Natasha
