I love both of the games you picked this week! 40s/50s LA/Hollywood is just so fascinating. I used to play L.A. Noir on my Playstation when I was younger and that fits this mold as well. From the two games Detective City of Angels is the one I prefer. I would call it my favorite deduction game if I only owned it. This is one of the first hobby board games I ever saw and it has been on a long forgotten Amazon wishlist I recently rediscovered ever since. It is definitely on my top 10 most wanted games list.

I actually got my Copy of Detectve at UKGE for a bargain! A third of the price with an expansion and it was 90 % unpunched!

@@BoxedMeeples Maybe one day I can join you for a game 😂 From the ones I played my favorites are The Search for Lost Species, Mysterium and Blood on the Clocktower. Maybe Deception: Murder in Hong Kong instead of BotC. Of the ones I haven't tried... Detective: City of Angels and Battlestar Galactica (I know there are reimplentations but it's one of my favorite shows ever).
