Yo it's funny as hell do you say that the other day I was at our local state store/ liquor store I was standing in one spot for like 1 minute or two and out of the corner of my eye I see the one worker come walking down the aisle and he stops exactly where I am on the other aisle and stands on his tippy-toes and starts looking at me just as he starts looking at me I grabbed what I wanted of the shelf and I turned around and looked right at him and he was so embarrassed and said oh you found what you wanted I can help you upfront you could tell 100% that he was just staring at me wanting me to steal

When I lived out West there was a little grocery store in my neighborhood ran by a really nice family. They had a Wall of Shame right when you walk into the store with all the shoplifters pictures that the CCTV took. It was the first thing you saw when you walked into the store -- it was classic!!! Your store should put one of those up, maybe the thieves will not come back to commit another theft. Hilarious!!!

@John Sampson the rule SHOULD apply to ALL large purses/packs. Let's be honest here, it would be alot easier for me to slip something into a huge purse than for you to put it in your backpack. My fear is always someone else grabbing my purse from behind the counter, the store didnt have tags so they knew who's purse belonged to who, or even an employee going through it. If someone wants to steal, they're going to figure out a way I think.

Just thought of something ...when I was pregnant with my son , me and my daughter had gone to a store for batteries. She was 9 . So as I walked out the thing went off. Some huge security guy (I'm 5'3" and was HUGE pregnant) grabbed me by the arm and pulled me to the side . Everyone at the checkout watched this. I was so embarrassed. I said all I bought was batteries. I had my receipt. He went through my tiny bag and asked to see inside my purse. People watched this and I was so embarrassed by this as I KNEW I didnt steal anything. Turned out the girl at checkout forgot to deactivate my battery thing. They told me to have a nice day but the embarrassment was awful.
