Will be honest if you only put lino to the edge of the cooker when you pull it out to clean underneath then you could tear the lino, and the fridge, I always lay the lino to the wall❤

I used to use a lot of shampoo. Now I decant it into a large reusable pump bottle and just use two squirts. (I have very long hair) It still cleans fine and lasts for ages now.

My 3 girls used shampoo and conditioner by the bucket load till they started buying their own fancy pants stuff at 30 pounds a bottle and i can assure you theres no wastage now they even rinse out the bottles lol . Hope all went well today was thinking about you px

Have you tried a pump dispenser for the body wash? We have shampoo in a bottle with a pump (like how hand soap is). It is easier to get the correct amount especially with slippery hands in bath/shower. Ooh and have you tried the Huel Meal and Protein bars? ❤

I keep meaning to recommend the Harvest Morn vitamin and protein bars from Aldi. They are £2.89 a box. They contain three 40g bars 15g of protein, 1.4g of sugar and 9 vitamins. They do two versions which are both nice but I prefer chocolate & salted caramel flavour that come in the blue box.
