I DO NOT CARE that they had to "suffer" for 17 mins. These victims were torched so was their families for wayyy longer than that. They got to prepare, say goodbye, get eight with God. Victims dont get any of that.

I have been waiting for Marcel William's. I saw that documentary years ago and was pissed he kept getting stays. The poor family gets dragged through the process. When jury says it. There should be one review then bam injection in the arm. No 20 yrs

Life in complete solitary confinement costs far less too the tax payer and is a far far worse punishment. They’ll die everyday in solitary no human contact. Just a fact. This thread really lacks intelligence.

That's what the Norwegian's? did with the the young man who shot 77 teenagers on the island camp. The shooter was so dismayed to learn that, and really dismayed when even his lawyer refused to speak to him after sentencing.

@@wardenphil so what happens if this has another mental impact on them. They have a death of a loved one and a death of a convict. A lot of people would want to but two years down the line they could snap. Have you even been around a dying person. Let alone kill them. The victims family have already gone through enough.

I think the Death Penalty is necessary as long as you're executing the right person & they don't turn out being innocent

i remember watching one case where the dude was legit innocent, and if it hadn't been for The Innocence Project, an innocent man would've been executed..he missed execution by mere hours.

Especially unprovoked, non self defending killers. Like serial killers, or violent criminals involved in drug trade and violent robbery, or hit men
