@@derekwhitford5015 from what I have seen he did not plead guilty.he maintained innocence till his death.and his lawyers found discrepencies in the testing done to prove his guilt so his family and lawyers are fighiting a case to get evidance and re test them.they said the lady that he killed had a fracture that the test said we're from someone hitting her in the face with the rug and the private testing found out that they were of shooed that did not belong to ledell lee hence the lawsuit

Oh Yes it is their VICTIM'S FAMILY'S still deserve justice to be carried out..The appeals process after they're sentenced to Death takes a very long time..The problem with some a lot of Death Penalty states is they wait even more years after their appeals are exhausted to finally carry out the Execution..My state of Ohio needs to Execute more often than they do I know they have DR inmates who's appeals were exhausted years ago..

Deborah Head ...It's different than God's judgement He will judge all of us..All citizens must abide by the Laws of the Land and Court's these Death Row prisoner's were sentenced to Death by a jury or Judge..It's legal and state sanctioned and it's Punishment..not illegal Murder like the Condemned prisoner's committed..
