FBC Ultimate Trailmaster "Low Temps & High Tensioners"

Hey guys FatBuddyCat here! It's been extremely cold out and I've been fighting to make headway on the Ultimate Trailmaster project. Today I knock down the JB Weld and slap on a few coats of that midnight black double onyx. While the grill paint is still drying I take the opportunity to install a new chain AND.....an ultra low production, high quality, custom tensioner. More upgrades and videos coming soon!

That tensioner is nice. You need to run the spring straight forward to pull properly. Could put a tab on that lower cross tube.

Skip the JB weld ... Use dura glass, it's bondo with fiberglass. It's way better and it dries quicker. Can I ask where you got those rear shocks?...spring on each end 😮

I think those were from studz at the time. Is dura glass black when it dries? I've been looking for an epoxy like resin I used back 30 years ago, I forgot if it was two part but I think it was in a tube, anyway it went on smooth and dried hard fast.

The EK is my favorite one so far.

You wouldn't think it but the gold chains are noticeably smoother and don't stretch as much.

It's not available to the general public and the guy might not be making anymore of them sorta thing. There are 3 in existence. Some Racer out west has the other I guess.
