He passed an executive order, which he could've done at any point in his administration but waited until conveniently before the election, to LIMIT the amount of illegal crossings until the level gets below a certain average in which case he is allowed to "open" it up more. How about the idea that we don't allow ANYONE to break the law to come into this country? No other country allows it, and we allow legal immigration at a higher rate than any other country.
