I think these cases should go to the Supreme Court on appeal When you have a judge that is extremely bias, along with family members. He should have recused himself. That is what should be addressed in these cases with judge merchan. Merrick did not have the authority to appointment Jack Smith to be special prosecutor, Congress has that duty. This is criminal.
