In 1994 at Ft Carson Colorado I was an E-1 and scared to death. To this day, my E-4 Squad leader Homer Garcia was without question the best squad leader, mentor I had through my entire career. Not only did he tell me what to do, he SHOWED me what to do. He led by example, he would get his hands dirty, he did not just yell at me. God bless the Infantry and the United States of America.

That was a good show ,Coulson is a good man. Looking forward to see him again. Reminds me of my Dad , he came home after 6 months with a picture of him shaking hands with Hoover. He was a State Trooper that was invited to go through the training at the FBI Training Academy. He was proud of it and said it was a pretty good workout.

Great guy, he means well. I’m not sure if I totally believe him saying his HRT guys shot better than the delta force operators, maybe with the pistol. Definitely not with the rifle or any type of long gun.

He meant training wise when they go though selection some hrt can go to train with them and hrt already being swat and fbi before deletion they have a better use of fire arms I know a guy who was hrt and a diver for them and he went though the swimming part of buds and he was out shooting everyone there cause he was already in swat before hrt so when he went in to training he was already a good shooter but in buds they come basic and have to be trained he was already trained in gun tactics and room clearing etc

@@Anonymous_joe445 If you research on Delta's pistol qualification, they don't even use the front sight post and have to score near perfect. The tempos of both units are so much more different, DELTA without doubt has more combat experience. Overall the selection is harder than Delta's and they recruit from already established special operation units. Its not a knock on HRT, but theres a reason why HRT seeks out to train with DoD tier 1 and 2 units.

@@em34ev3r what I was saying was hrt when they go to buds they already have training In firearms operation at the fib acadamy in buds it’s a bunch of 20 year olds while hrt are there have better firearms fundamentals that’s what he means in training they can but once delta gets trained there amazing shooters the best there’s a reason hrt can go on combat missions

@@Anonymous_joe445 true I agree with that part, FBI hrt guys are already established coming into the second phase of buds. Delta is different as the people going through their selection are already established like the HRT guys are. HRT are capable but they rarely get sent out on combat ops. They’ll go in to capture HVTs but it is really controlled environment. That’s not the FBIs interest nor business to put their agents lives on the line for combat ops. They’re a law enforcement agency with much more oversight and limitation than a tier 1 SMU
