This is a really important thing to be discussing. As someone who had 3 relatives in the military in various branches, I don't want the Jockos, the idiots who killed Logan Melgar, Slabinski or Szymanski anywhere near my relatives.

Deming probably has some good information, but he needs to take time and learn how to speak and organize his thoughts. Not just for content for the sake of not getting sued. He’s all over the place, goes off on tangents and shares a lot of heresy.

The real question is can anyone actual confirm these allegations or provide an accurate context. It seems like this guy has made many salacious accusations against Jocko, who has since pushed back and contradicted many of these guys' allegations.

The Brereton Report and Crompvoets work happened well before David McBride leaked the documents (his leak was 2018) 2. David McBride thought the ROEAmp was too restrictive and it would get soldiers killed. 3. David McBride leaked the documents because he thought soldiers were being illegally investigated for war crimes, and wanted to stop the IGADF investigations. I believe that from reading the court case that the documents with held are likely David's original submission to IGADF (where he made the case to drop the investigation) outlining the illegal nature of the investigation. I assume their angle was to show his genuine state of mind in believing there was a public interest in protecting soldiers from heavy handed and improper persecution from senior ADF command. The white washing of David McBride in recent months has been actually insane.
