Hopefully, it’s just an emotional response that you wouldn’t actually support. That is it makes a damn sense. It just aggravated me when people don’t think things through. Imagine a world where judges are arrested and investigated for criminal charges because some part of the public doesn’t agree with their decision. That’s what election are for. And there could also be other levels of review, but criminal charges are ridiculous. Sorry, there’s so many things wrong with that. Think about judges would then just hold people in jail for almost every charge because they would be afraid to be arrested themselves. And now think about this, what if a judge holds someone in jail and they turn out to be not guilty, we also investigate and possibly arrest that judge too? Do we just want rules to be the standard? I don’t like a lot of things that I see that I understand or happening in Houston by criminals being let out, there’s plenty of reforms that can be made, and even stuff like recall elections. But to investigate someone is not it. So please try to critically think about something before you have an opinion, and definitely before you try to set your opinion to others and maybe convinced them. We all make mistakes, we all have emotional Opinions occasionally. So hopefully this hits the ears of someone who can use it to improve.

No, being accused of a. Rime is different than having actually committed the crime and being found guilty. If things went the way you propose, alot of innocent people will be sitting in jail/prison for years until their trial simply because someone decided to accuse them of a crime. The constitution protects citizens from losing their life and liberty(freedom) without due process. Sitting in prison for 2 years waiting trial is NOT due process and violates said person's liberty.

@@exisfohdr3904 Did you read my comment? Heinous Crimes... They are letting people out that are on videos, with witnesses, caught in the act, etc. Out on bail to continue their crime spree.... When you have someone die in your family by someone accused with video and a wrap sheet, but haven't been tried... I wonder if your comment would change. I stand by my comment... FOR THOSE ACCUSED OF HEINOUS CRIMES, THEY SHOULD NOT BE OUT ON BAIL, PERIOD. It's my opinion, glad this Country still allows for Free Thought.🇺🇸 If we count up all the lives lost by those out on bail, it likely can fill a city. Bail should be for those accuse of non-violent crimes, and then we may lose some, at least not as many.
@exisfohdr3904
@exisfohdr3904 2 жыл бұрын
@@PastorIhaza I did read your first post carefully. No where in there did you specify video proof or any proof at all. You just said accused. So I stand by asking you if you really think that just an accusation is needed to hold a person in jail/prison. I again point to the Constitution.

@@exisfohdr3904 "Hope they come back with standards that do not allow those accused of heinous crimes (FOR THOSE THAT HAVE READING COMPREHENSION DEFICIT....) back out before trial... Comprehension explain further🤭: Accused (They have not had trial yet, therefore it is called being accused, though arrested, right?) of heinous crimes, would have been arrested with more than just an accusation, right? Must have been put in jail, right? in order to not be "back out" (meaning free from jail) before trial (meaning it would have to be more than an accusation, there would have to be some type of evidence to end up in jail, right? and held before trial for heinous crimes...) Got it? Or should I explain further and slower🤔
@exisfohdr3904
@exisfohdr3904 2 жыл бұрын
@@PastorIhaza nope, you clarified your own lack of understanding of words. An accusation is just an accusation. People are often accused and locked up who are actually innocent. In criminal court, you are innocent until proven guilty. Holding someone in prison, for extended periods, until they are proven guilty or found not guilty is still in violation of Constitutional rights. Alot of people are falsely accused. Not allowing bail would imprison ALOT of innocent people especially once it is known that the person will be locked up and no bail offered. Just the police departments alone would abuse it. Again, an accusation alone is not enough to justify what you originally aaked for. It would require irrefutable proof accompanying the accusation. There is a difference between those. Assuming a person can only be locked up if there was already proof is a legal fallacy. Your original statement just said accused. Back peddle all you want, twist words and fill in the gaps all you want with assumptions; It does not change the fact that a person should not be locked up on accusation alone. Lashing out at me in an attempt to make me look to be the illiterate one is just a rediculous attempt at pulling attention away from your own literary negligence. When communicating in written form, one should use clear and specific words to convey a specific thought/concept. You should never believe anything you write stands in place of assumptions.

I guess if you call committing crimes “pissing someone off”, then cool. That’s a weird way to describe it. Makes me think not be working with a full deck. Or maybe it’s cool, but some of the cards are pre-worn down. Missing some of the ink and stuff you know. But maybe I misunderstood you, and if I did then I apologize. Just tired of people who don’t understand in the system of humans, of course sometimes people with power are going to retaliate, but to believe that’s happening even a significant minority of the time is preposterous. Some people live in a preposterous mindset, so it’s hard for them to tell from day. They believe they do, but it’s kinda like that schizophrenic person. Anyway, best wishes.

Loss of insurer is one thing, but coming after a separate entity and revoking their licenses for...what? Being related to those that allowed fraud to take place? ...It is the responsibility of the judge to make reasonable bail impositions. But government loves to attack businesses in lieu of taking responsibility.
