That is just, as far as I know. I see no reasonable doubt. If there can be mercy to the truly penitent, what might that look like? Life in prison? Something else? Some on death row show no remorse, what would have to happen for someone to be truly penitent? How would we know? Can the just consequence yield for any reason?

As the rest of you are, I’m completely crushed by the this horrific news. My alert went off at 3:00 am and I immediately sat up and prayed- I never stopped. Precious, innocent Wynter did not deserve this. She deserved a beautiful, long life. My prayers are with her family , that God holds them tight as they try to navigate through life without her. I pray Wynter is resting in peace and is smiling because of the warmth and love she feels. She didn’t do anything to be a victim of such evil. 🙏🏻💔
