There must be something seriously wrong with that Edelbrock car. I'd do a compression test.

Edelbrock car ran like a dream. The blower was only putting out 8lbs of boost. Tall 28” tires, 3.31 gears, and an overall heavier car meant my lighter, higher revving, aggressively geared car had some advantages that made up for any power difference.

Thank you! My car had laid down 361whp and 341whp on two different dynos with the same setup. The Edelbrock car most likely makes around 400+whp with that blower and cam combo

If it wasn’t then it wouldn’t haven’t come remotely close during the rolls. This video is a perfect example of a car that built to win vs a car with a power adder and no supporting mods.

Fbo in the sense that it has all the bolt ons. Longtubes, catless midpipe, underdrive pulley, cold air intake, throttle body, intake manifold. Anything that can be bolted on for power haha
