I’m sure he uses TAA and frame generation which is only available on 40 series nvidia gpu. I have 4070Ti and I also use TAA with frame generation ON. Performance is then smooth as a butter in any scenario but of course you should also have good CPU in combination with GPU. DLSS is way too blurry imho
