i keep trying all the tactics and end up with 9 wins each weekend , the one i enjoyed the most was 451 before patch one. i guess like most years, each patch makes the game harder to enjoy

Playing against this isn’t fun… when I see this at a check point with no multipliers in the line I’m dipping… cuz most people don’t trigger runs on the cdms or the lb and rb and if they do the recovery pace is stupid that there’s almost no gaps to exploit…

I've been using the variation with an attacking wingback this weekend except I have the LDM on wide half (I put the ++ Evo on Patri) and it's been so good. Get to use an attacking fullback which we typically haven't been able to do much this year and the DM covers the counter attack down the wing until the LB tracks back.

My question to you Neal having seen your previous fifa series is how to defend with 8+ players without having to use 442 or 451 ? I like 433's attacking wise but not out of possession cuz wingers do not come back.

This and 442 are the best formations in the game imo. I still prefer shadow striker over classic 10 tbh, especially with 2 CDMs in this formation

Now this is going to be maybe a stupid question or maybe someone else has the same problem. Like, I adjust my depth to 60 however in game when I pause and see my instructions. Depth is at 70 or 50. Never at 60. And when I got 40. It goes to 50 depth. It never ever stays at the depth I put. Is my game glitched?

Since the patch no matter what formation or tactics I use no matter if I try and defend with my midfielders before my defenders, one ball and my opponent Is through.. this game is so bad this year.. and they’ve just made it worse, Dias and Van Dijk should not be just getting run past… idk what I need to change but I’d appreciate some feedback please

Don’t use your defenders the back 4 players that defend the box don’t use them, instead use the cb’s if you run the ball over click off of the back for box defenders and hurry and drag your cb back down the field to help defend. That should help with giving up easy scores due to no having people back there to defend .. and just use your player to fill in the gaps. Preferably cb’s but if in a rush click to anyone and drag them back to help the back for defend the box.

I can't leave the formations with 2 CM/CDMs + RM and LM because of the defensive shape. Formations without midfield 4 in defense are awkward without the ball
