When this mix came out I wasn't too big of a fan of this track. I didn't hate the track, but I really preferred I Need a Noise. But Come Free the Doise has grown on me. I added it to my Pizza Tower mix and while I was out exercising this track just kinda hit different. The song has the vibe of trying to escape dread or sadness and while it tries to be upbeat that dread and uncertainty lingers on. Personally when I first heard this it gave me even more motivation to get the hell out of my abusive parents' home ASAP, especially the lyrics. It just feels so fitting, the tension yet confidence, but being aware that one wrong move will make all that progress disappear if not put you at a WORSE starting place, combined with the fact my dad expects me to be practically a mini version of himself, living in his goddamn shadow, he almost named me Junior when I was born. Even my current name basically means "Jeffrey's son", so you can probably see how I relate to Doise here trying to free himself from being nothing more than a mere Noise recolor. Just another 4 months. Just. Four. More. And then I'm free. I'll make it. I have to. I can't turn back, not when I've made it through 17 years of hell and finally got a taste of what a normal life would be like. I. Will. Escape.

But it does not matter. Like we said, this happened before, but he only refuses to believe it. The only thing that can we do is watch his attemps, his shameful attemps. We are the spectators from his own show, and we laugh of his meaningless confidence. But you, dear reader, will see a moment when he escapes from the tower, he will be free, he will come to the terrenal world, and this is the moment. He will be not dead, or alive, he just will exists, without a purpose, but he has an own purpose. He knows about The Noise making a film, a film about how he make his way throught the tower, but he has the things planned. Steal Noise's identity to not hide anymore, he could be The Noise, he would not come back to the tower again, and have a peaceful life once more. He needs to be careful, because Peddito is coming for him, and he would not rest until finds him. Ok so what if doise had two modes: Normal mode can be new where doise has a “peddito limit”. Depending on how many times doise gets hit/possibly if doise is to slow throughout the level the meter goes up, and if it fills up all the way peddito catches you. (possibly a way to make it go down is via secrets,toppins or treasure room. Maybe minor decreases to time could be doing the next room in a faster time that you did the last room in, i.e if you did the first room in 6 seconds and you did the next in 4) Hard mode is basically the mode that fc devs wanted to make, one shot one kill. Basically the lost but for pizza tower and no holy mantel

This is genuinely one of the best tracks i've ever heard. The first time you listen to it, it's beyond perfect, but it has one problem that downgrades it heavily and it's the relistenability of this track. As i said, the first time you listen to it, its beyond perfect but it becomes worse and worst overtime but that doesn't mean it's bad, not at all actually, it's still a solid track but i could (and have) listened to i need a noise about 400 times at this point and it's still a 9.5/10, tho this might also be because the Noise Update doesn't only have one singular thing that makes it good and the track is just more charming beacuse of that.
