RIGHT!!! like I get it not everyone’s a Disney fan but Mulan was so good she was able to make it into the Disney Princess line up without being a princess. She changed the entire rule and her movie is prob the only movie in that era that isn’t controversial.

I feel like they didn't pick Mulan because it doesn't register as a "movie" movie compared to the others they picked. Which is a shame, and pretty unfair to animated movies as a whole.

I think they just weren’t interested in Disney back then. It was not as solidified in the culture as it is now. The fact that they didn’t even hint at it makes me think none of them even saw it. It was just an animated kids movie to Geoff, and I imagine the rest of them were just dudebro boys that didn’t want to watch a “girl show” or something, ya know? Different times and all that.

I think that hwne you have a list of 10 movies it's easier if everyone gives their order and like a movie in 1 place on someone's list gets 10 points, a movie in second place gets 9 points and so on and then you add the points from everyone and you have your order. Like, the highest number of points a movie could get with 5 people would be 50 if everyone put it as number 1. That's probably not as entertaining but it makes it a lot easier to decide.

Missing Mulan was huge. Also completely shocked there was not a single mention of Godzilla 1998. Terrible movie but 100% a movie of its time. If small soldiers can make that list, Godzilla can make it (for better or worse)
