You’re smart to avoid any underlying politics, second-guessing and criticism. You are to be applauded for going out of your way - literally - to respect the privacy of injured members and citizens. There are others chasing fires, but your fans appreciate the quality of your work.

When it rains it pours. You were quiet for several days, then boom, non-stop fires. I can't even begin to imagine the kind of coordination and accounting, not to mention the stress, that it takes to respond to a high-rise multi-unit dwelling like that, with potentially hundreds of residents/victims. This is an excellent showcase of your work JJ. You show a very high degree of professionalism in an area of videography that is very commonly prone to sensationalism. You don't make things seem bigger than they are, you don't go searching for victims or injured, and you always state how important every fire is regardless of how much smoke or flames you can see. Your professionalism shows in that every member of the FDNY, and the FDNY brass, basically accepts you as one of their own. I truly applaud the work you do. Your dedication, and professionalism is second to none, and this is why you're so respected, and have found such a big following. Keep up the good work brother, and hopefully things slow down just enough so that you can get some rest, and have time to compile/edit your videos.

Congrats for your efforts. You had a real busy day. I couldn't keep up with you. You are the best. High rise fires aren't easy to fight. One fire last night was a tough one because of all the clutter in the apartment. It just feeds the fire. Do you ever sleep ?? Hopefully you will have it easier today. It must be tough to determine the origin of the fire with all that ductwork. Much might not have any access to it
