Feagins' lawyer calls accusations weak

Accusations are very weak and to be honest, they need to elect new board members. The most ignorant person can see through the “allegations” Dr. Feagins was hired to do a job & she’s doing an excellent job of it and it’s obvious they’re all intimidated by her wisdom, knowledge & leadership !!!!!

In resolution, for point #1, perhaps she misspoke. I once told an auditor that a new asset value after a corporate merger was $XX. But, it was actually $X. My coworker was quick to tell the auditor about my mistake. For point #2, that comes down to school policy regarding donations; intent of donor and purpose of money. Potential criminal risk to Feagins if it was a pay to play contract scheme. For point #3, that would require an audit to determine how and what the $300,000 was used for. None of those points justify a vote to terminate employment without clear evidence that is made public knowledge via local media and newspaper to back up the allegations.

Now you understand why the other cities in Shelby County broke away from this school system because of foolishness from these board members. They finally got a superintendent that’s getting rid of waste and deadbeats to make the system work and they want to get rid of her,amazing to say the least 🤔

Not necessarily, that was 5 or 6 years ago with different school board members. They really didn't want kids from north and south Memphis coming to schools in Germanton, Bartlett, Millington and Collierville.

@ I’m aware of the race part,but still all they do is argue over some of silliest things that has nothing to with education.You NEVER hear of those other systems having the chaos this system has 🤔
